- Conduct all routine, special test on a transformer and accessories function test as instructed by the team leader. - Ensure that all tests are conducted as per plan so that the transformer is dispatched as per schedule. - In case of any failure while testing, analyse the failure and report the details to the team leader.- Be responsible for testing equipment maintenance, hand tools be tidy, clean, maintain 5S in test area.- When a customer comes to factory for witnessing test, resolve various queries of customers.- As high voltage used for testing safety is the prime importance, use of all relevant PPE while carrying out the tests, following safety instruction in test area strictly- Carry out other tasks, as assigned by the Test manager

Xử lý nợ quá hạn (30%)- Chỉ đạo và phân tích, đánh giá rủi ro nợ xấu, xác định các khách hàng có nguy cơ cao.- Giám sát việc lập danh sách và theo dõi các khách hàng có lịch sử nợ chậm thanh toán, mất khả năng thanh toán.- Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh/Luật sư/Kế toán/Quan hệ Khách hàng nhằm xử lý các khoản nợ xấu một cách hiệu quả theo quy trình/Chính sách của Công ty.- Đàm phán và chỉ đạo đưa ra các phương án xử lý linh hoạt, phù hợp với tình hình của khách hàng nhằm đạt được sự đồng thuận và niềm tin của Khách hàng... 3. Scope of Operation: Design/Manufacturing review of customer schematics, Transfer to production- Estimate labor time for making control cabinet, work with suppliers about specs to get cost for electrical components…- Advise specs. to QC to inspect electrical components.- Create assembly 3D model support for making assembly instruction- Using management software (ERP)- Design Wire Harness fixture. Can build load tester to adapt control cabinet product required.
