And for main local suppliers- Update the daily status of planning completion, proactively push relevant departments to complete the plan - Review forecast with CS, review weekly raw materials plans for in-house north and In-house South, build & control inventory for RM and FG based on forecast and lead time with min/max warning in color- Review weekly raw materials plan for main suppliers build & control inventory for RM and FG based on forecast and lead time with min/max warning in color- Review consumable materials plan for in-house North, in-house South - Monitor the progress of incoming materials PO to ensure the progress of incoming materials will match the Min/Max material inventory- Control and warn of slow-moving goods, warn of issues related to FIFO, JIT follow actions plan related to other departments.- Responsible for accuracy and deadline of data that put in the system. Maintenance Planning/ Scheduling:- Preparing maintenance schedules, including tasks such as cleaning, lubrication and inspections using SAP.- Allocating resources to the schedules and work orders issued.- Communicating maintenance schedules to the production and engineering teams and other supporting areas and allocating the necessary resources.- Deciding for the allocation of resources for maintenance.- Ensuring that routine maintenance schedules are performed, and that the teams on each shift are carrying out the autonomous maintenance tasks assigned to them.- Completing all administrative and SAP tasks needed to support administration of the routine maintenance program.- Providing feedback with regards to the efficiency of routine maintenance tasks to the shift and engineering teams and discussing and stressing the importance of non-conformances and issues that need to be addressed.2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:- Lead the implementation of all Facility Projects from feasibility study to commissioning, ensuring delivery within budget and at high quality.- Manage the Facility Operation team to operate all facility buildings, machines, and equipment to ensure stable energy supply across all areas and optimize energy usage.- Oversee all Facility Automation Systems including setup, operation, maintenance and repair.TASKS:- Collaborate with all functional teams and the CI team to implement projects from study, design, and execution phases, meeting system requirements while delivering safe, high-quality results within the assigned budget and timeline.Supervise the Facility Operation team to ensure stable and optimized energy supply to the shop floor.- Ensure HSE and quality standards are met and maintained in all work delivered to customers.- Develop and implement all necessary procedures, work instructions, regulations, and operational plans related to facility operations.- Work closely with the HSE team to develop and regularly update Risk Assessments, Safety Operation Instructions, facility standards, and conduct annual reviews.- Update the Master Training Matrix in a timely manner and submit it for managerial approval. Develop training materials and provide training to the facility team and relevant personnel as scheduled.- Achieve facility human resource objectives by recruiting, onboarding, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees. Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide appraisals and recommendations in accordance with company policies.- Take responsibility for developing engineering talent and mentoring senior technicians in the Facility Department.- Lead facility operations including general troubleshooting and predictive maintenance to ensure safety and machine reliability.- Analyze data to set monthly operational priorities, assess objectives such as efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, and environmental quality; and estimate timelines and relevance.- Contribute to strategic planning through energy-saving initiatives and by implementing standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Resolve operational issues promptly.- Meet financial targets by providing annual budget inputs, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.- Ensure contingency plans are implemented according to scenarios and properly documented.- Evaluate the functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment in collaboration with operating departments; identify problems and requirements.- Enhance the performance and reliability of facility systems and equipment by analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing changes or expansions.- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards, procedures, and legal regulations.- Stay updated with technical knowledge through training and reading technical publications.- Support the organization’s mission by achieving related goals and completing assigned tasks.- Be in charge of all automation systems in terms of operation, troubleshooting, repair, and setup.- Report directly to the Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
