I. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ kỹ thuật liên quan đến thiết kế, tính toán, giám sát lắp ráp và cải tiến hệ thống cơ khí trên ô tô (khung gầm, hệ thống lái, treo, truyền động…). Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận để đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ thuật, tiến độ sản xuất và độ ổn định của sản phẩmII. Nhiệm vụ1. Thiết kế và phân tích hệ thống cơ khí - Thiết kế 3D các cụm cơ khí: khung sườn, hệ thống treo, dẫn động.- Phân tích lực – độ bền, mô phỏng cơ học để đảm bảo tính ổn định và an toàn.2. Giám sát kỹ thuật lắp ráp & sản xuất - Phối hợp với tổ lắp ráp để đảm bảo đúng kỹ thuật.- Hỗ trợ xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.3. Cải tiến kỹ thuật - Đề xuất và triển khai các cải tiến về kết cấu cơ khí nhằm tối ưu hóa chi phí, trọng lượng, hoặc độ bền.4. Bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật - Hỗ trợ bảo trì máy móc, dây chuyền liên quan đến cơ khí ô tô.- Ghi nhận và phân tích lỗi kỹ thuật định kỳ để đề xuất giải pháp.5. Lập tài liệu kỹ thuật - Lập bản vẽ kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn lắp ráp, định mức vật tư liên quan.- Cập nhật và lưu trữ bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn, hồ sơ kỹ thuật.

Chuyên viên Cao cấp Thiết kế và Phát triển tổ chức chịu trách nhiệm tham mưu và tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế mô hình, cơ cấu tổ chức; cải tiến quy trình, quản trị hiệu suất và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của tổ chức 1. Thiết kế tổ chức và mô hình vận hànhTham mưu và tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế, cải tiến mô hình và cơ cấu tổ chức ở các cấp độ Công ty, Khối, Phòng/ Ban/ Đơn vị về:• Mô hình tổ chức;• Cơ cấu tổ chức, chức năng, nhiệm vụ;• Lưu đồ vận hành, dòng chảy công việc, các mối liên kết ngang – dọc và hệ thống quy trình SOP liên đơn vị;• Khung phân quyền, ma trận phân nhiệm;• Hệ thống chính sách quản trị doanh nghiệp;• Hệ thống chức danh (Job Map), ngạch (Job Grading), mô tả công việc (Job Description) và lộ trình phát triển nghề nghiệp (Career Path)2. Chuyển đổi hệ thống- Tham mưu và tham gia triển khai hoặc phối hợp triển khai các dự án, hoạt động chuyển đổi tổ chức.- Hỗ trợ truyền thông thay đổi, đào tạo chuyển giao cho các Trưởng đơn vị trong giai đoạn chuyển đổi.- Theo dõi tiến độ và hiệu quả của các thay đổi tổ chức, đề xuất các điều chỉnh kịp thời.3. Phân tích hiệu quả của tổ chức và đánh giá, cải tiến hệ thống vận hành- Xây dựng tiêu chí và hệ thống các báo cáo, dashboard đánh giá hiệu quả vận hành của tổ chức thông qua hệ thống chỉ số KPIs, mức độ gắn kết, … và các chỉ số HR chính yếu khác. - Phân tích dữ liệu, báo cáo kết hợp với dữ liệu benchmark thị trường từ đó đưa các tham mưu, tư vấn giải pháp cải tiến và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của tổ chức.- Quản trị hiệu suất và KPI; giám sát và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động toàn hệ thống.4. Đối tác tư vấn chiến lược về thiết kế và phát triển tổ chức cho các đơn vị chức năng- Là đối tác OD (Organizational Development) cho các khối, các phòng ban trong chuyên môn được giao phụ trách.- Cung cấp thông tin phân tích, phương án tổ chức và khuyến nghị cải tiến dựa trên hiểu biết sâu sắc về mô hình chuỗi bán lẻ và chiến lược mở rộng.5. The Engineer is responsible to develop all the technical ideas from Project leader into drawings, calculation notes, bill of quantities or technical reports. He/she is also responsible to do filling work of the project which he/she is in-charge and to develop tools for making drawing and BOQ.A. Making drawing and calculation note:- Making drawing and calculation note of technical proposal for tender projects.- Making shop drawing and calculation note of construction project.- Developing tool for drawing and calculation.B. Making bill of quantiy:- Making bill of quantity.- Developing tool for taking off the quantity.

Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và kiểm soát toàn bộ quy trình công nghệ nhựa và sơn trong sản xuất; đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ thuật, ổn định quy trình, cải tiến hiệu suất và phối hợp liên phòng ban trong triển khai kỹ thuật - công nghệ.II. Nhiệm vụ1. Thiết lập & Kiểm soát quy trình công nghệ - Xây dựng và hoàn thiện quy trình sản xuất các chi tiết nhựa và sơn phủ (xử lý bề mặt, phun sơn, sấy...).- Áp dụng các công nghệ hiện đại (ép nhựa, sơn robot, sơn tĩnh điện, UV...) đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cao.- Lập tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, định mức vật tư và thời gian cho từng công đoạn.2. Hướng dẫn & giám sát vận hành - Hướng dẫn thao tác kỹ thuật cho công nhân.- Giám sát chất lượng trong từng công đoạn, xử lý lỗi phát sinh.3. Cải tiến công nghệ & phối hợp nội bộ - Đề xuất cải tiến về kỹ thuật, vật liệu hoặc dây chuyền nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất.- Phối hợp với các bộ phận thiết kế, kỹ thuật trong triển khai sản phẩm mới và chuyển giao công nghệ.
