• Cập nhật, phát triển và kiểm tra bản vẽ sơ đồ dây chuyền công nghệ cho hệ thống chính và phụ trợ.• Tính toán, thiết kế và kiểm tra các bảng thông số dữ liệu của thiết bị (bồn bể, tháp chưng, thiết bị trao đổi nhiệt, bơm, quạt, máy nén và các thiết bị khác).• Tính toán, thiết kế và kiểm tra các bảng thông số dữ liệu của thiết bị điều khiển (đo Áp suất, đo nhiệt độ, đo mức, van điều khiển, van an toàn, thiết bị phân tích...).• Tính toán thiết kế kích cỡ đường ống và lập bảng thông số dữ liệu ống.• Tính toán thủy lực đường ống cho bơm, (chiều cao cột áp và chiều cao hút), chiều cao cột áp cho thiết bị gia nhiệt dạng ống xi phông, các mạng lưới nước làm mát, van điều khiển ...• Thiết kế hệ thống xử lý nước, xử lý nước thải, xử lý khí thải theo yêu cầu của pháp luật hiện hành và chủ đầu tư.• Xem xét và kiểm tra bảng yêu cầu kỹ thuật và đánh giá kỹ thuật thiết bị từ nhà cung cấp.

• Quản lý, giám sát và vận hành toàn bộ hệ thống xử lý nước tại nhà máy. • Theo dõi thông số kỹ thuật, điều chỉnh hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng nước đầu ra đạt tiêu chuẩn theo quy định. • Thực hiện công tác châm hóa chất, phân tích mẫu nước, ghi chép và thống kê lượng hóa chất sử dụng. • Lập báo cáo vận hành hàng tuần, hàng tháng và báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu. • Kiểm tra, sửa chữa, bảo trì, thay thế các linh kiện thiết bị (đặc biệt là hệ thống định lượng, châm hóa chất). • Vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng hệ thống theo kế hoạch định kỳ. • Tư vấn, hướng dẫn khách hàng trong việc sử dụng máy móc, thiết bị và hóa chất đúng quy chuẩn. • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.

• Quản trị hệ thống mạng LAN/WAN (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto). • Triển khai Firewall, Load Balancing (F5/Peplink), xử lý sự cố với vendor. • Thiết kế hệ thống mới và xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật. • Đào tạo vận hành hệ thống mạng và bảo mật.
