Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Monitor and report maintenance KPIs: breakdown frequency, downtime, spare part usage, PM compliance, and maintenance costs. • Analyze downtime, breakdowns, and maintenance costs for improvement planning. • Identify best practices and standardize procedures across shifts and teams. 5. Manage Risk, Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, company standards, and legal safety regulations. • Manage maintenance risk assessments and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures. • Support internal and external audits related to maintenance and technical compliance. • Promote continuous improvement culture within the maintenance team through regular reviews and root cause analysis. 6.
