Về giám sát điều kiện sản xuất:• Kiểm tra và duy trì toàn bộ điều kiện của các khu vực sản xuất, nhà xưởng, trang thiết bị máy móc, công cụ dụng cụ, con người thực hiện sản xuất đảm bảo đạt điều kiện để sản xuất theo qui định.2. Về giám sát sản phẩm sản xuất:• Trong quá trình phát triển mẫu và trial, khi nhận thấy các vấn đề bất cập thì phải đưa ra phản hồi thông tin kịp thời và đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật cùng các bộ phận liên quan.• Trước khi tiến hành sản xuất, phải kiểm tra và nắm rõ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của sản phẩm và tiêu chuẩn thị trường.• Trước khi tiến hành sản xuất, phải kiểm tra và bảo đảm có đầy đủ thông tin cho sản xuất sản phẩm theo qui định: qui trình, công thức, QAS/Attribute, qui cách bao gói, qui cách đóng thùng, thông báo sản xuất, v.v..• Hiểu rõ và thực hiện qui định ghi chép hồ sơ giám sát sản xuất theo qui định, đảm bảo khách đánh giá đạt chuẩn.• Giám sát sản phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, chất lượng sản phẩm đúng với tiêu chuẩn qui định đã thống nhất (QA, xưởng, R&D, QC).• Tham gia phối hợp cùng các phòng ban liên quan trong việc nghiên cứu, thiết kế, sản xuất thử và đưa ra thị trường các sản phẩm mới. Chủ động phản hồi, đưa ra ý kiến (dựa trên kinh nghiệm và thực tế điều kiện nhà máy) cho đến khi có thể thống nhất phương án trước khi chốt với khách.3. Về hàng mẫu:• Đối với hàng trial phải xác nhận các mức độ tiêu chuẩn cho sản phẩm và trọng lượng sản phẩm với phòng mẫu cập nhật cho QA để đưa vào QAS để khi sản xuất không bị dạt nhiều gây ra thiệt hại cho công ty.• Đối với hàng mẫu khác cần phải chuẩn bị, kiểm soát, chuẩn bị đảm bảo điều kiện an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, đảm bảo các yêu cầu về đóng mẫu theo qui định của sản phẩm, của thị trường, của khách hàng.• Theo dõi, lưu trữ việc cất giữ hàng mẫu đúng điều kiện an toàn để bảo đảm an toàn và chất lượng.• Thực hiện việc lưu trữ, bảo quản, kiểm soát mẫu lưu cho các sản phẩm để đối chứng tiêu chuẩn trong quá trình sản xuất hay đối chứng khi có sự cố liên quan về sản phẩm.4. Về khách audit:• Đảm bảo vượt qua tất cả các cuộc audit.• Phải lên kế hoạch đi kiểm tra toàn xưởng ghi nhận lại các lỗi báo cho QA factory, trưởng cơ điện để đề nghị cơ điện khắc phục trước ngày khách đến, nếu liên quan đến vấn đề vệ sinh thì báo ngay cho quản lý khu vực và quản đốc để cắt cử người vệ sinh.• Tổng kết các lỗi của các lần đánh giá trước và của các khách hàng đã đánh giá gần nhất, yêu cầu họp tất cả các quản lý và QC lại để nhắc lại nhằm khắc phục tránh sai sót.• Kết hợp với phòng kế hoạch để lên kế hoạch sản xuất cho ngày đánh giá.

A.
