• Lead the hotels social media marketing strategy and work in terms of content creation, advertising and boosting, tagging, UGC, UTM and tracking, reporting and more.
• Develop social media planning, guidelines and KPIs and make sure their strategy and content creation complies with the brand and company’s standards and policies
• Develop influencer outreach efforts and coordinate media and KOL FAM trips to hotels
• Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels and make sure these are clearly represented and highlighted in all communications and marketing channels
• Support to make sure all hotels materials online and offline materials (collaterals, stationary, online promotions, event booths etc.) follow the brand’s official identity manuals
• Assist in the planning and execution of brand and hotels marketing campaigns.
• Manage implementation of online marketing campaigns to guarantee hotel reputation
• Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
• Coordinate media and marketing events at hotels including invitation, coordination with operations team, attendants reception etc.
• Coordinate communication and feed agencies with content and knowledge for better execution of their work
• Support in finding strategic online partnership opportunities within local market
• Oversee and coordinate hotel photo and video shooting when required.
• Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
