Vai trò của bạn  Là một Technical Leader tại Unisofts, bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm định hướng kỹ thuật tổng thể cho các dự án phát triển sản phẩm, dẫn dắt các nhóm backend, frontend và DevOps trong việc xây dựng hệ thống phần mềm hiện đại, hiệu suất cao và có khả năng mở rộng.  Bạn sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với General Manager, Project Manager và các bên liên quan để chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành giải pháp kỹ thuật tối ưu, đồng thời đảm bảo chất lượng, hiệu năng và tiến độ của dự án.  Trách nhiệm chính Thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống backend/frontend, đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng, hiệu suất và bảo mật cao.  Dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư backend và frontend, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật và phân công công việc hiệu quả.  Triển khai các dịch vụ microservices trên nền tảng Kubernetes, tích hợp các công cụ như GitHub Actions, Grafana, Vault, Authentik.  Tự động hóa quy trình phát triển và triển khai thông qua GitOps, đảm bảo tính ổn định và dễ bảo trì của hệ thống.  Kết hợp chặt chẽ với UI/UX, QA, PM và các bộ phận liên quan trong quy trình Agile/Scrum.  Thực hiện review code, mentoring kỹ thuật, đảm bảo chất lượng code và khả năng phát triển đội ngũ.  Đưa ra định hướng công nghệ, đánh giá và áp dụng công nghệ mới phù hợp với chiến lược sản phẩm.
