Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn các thành viên trong team review code.

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Nuxt.js 3 and Node.js. Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing and deployment. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate concepts into high-quality technical solutions. Develop and manage backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support our front-end applications. Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and mentor junior team members. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications are optimized for speed and scalability. Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our team's technical roadmap.

Manage all proposals for 3rd Party Product development, including Go-to-Market and launch activity. Help drive the development of new client facing products according to the product innovation pipeline and annual sales cycle.
