You will be at the forefront of developing intelligent camera, IoT, and analytics solutions for our next-generation smart store platform. In this role, you will drive the creation and scaling of AI-driven security, member engagement, and operational efficiency technologies.As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to research, prototype, and productionize advanced camera AI models and hardware-embedded solutions. You will design robust admin and analytics portals, lead integration efforts between hardware and cloud, and play a critical role in shaping the digital future of our physical stores.ResponsibilitiesLead the Camera and Edge AI System Development:Lead the end-to-end research, design, and implementation of camera-based AI detection models for scenarios including member/non-member identification, intrusion detection, abnormal event recognition, and more.Evaluate, implement, optimize, and deploy AI models on cloud, edge devices, and small AI microcontrollers such as ESP32, ensuring performance, power efficiency, and scalability for real-world store environments.Lead the Admin Portal for Video Management:Develop secure, scalable admin portals to access and manage historical camera video footage, including the implementation of robust retention policies.Optimize video resolution, storage costs, and cloud storage architectures for efficiency and compliance.Hardware Integration & Configuration:Design, document, and ensure best practices for seamless hardware-software integration.Build and enhance configuration workflows to streamline rapid, reliable deployment of cameras across multiple store locations.IoT & Cloud Service Development:Contribute to the design and deployment of IoT cloud services, integrating smartdevices and scalable backend architectures
