Your roles & responsibilities:Deploy, maintain, and manage internal network systems including LAN, Internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, cameras, and IT infrastructure devices.Operate and monitor the company’s server environment ,ensuring high availability and stability.Configure and manage network devices: firewalls, switches, routers.Handle and track support tickets via Jira or similar ticketing system:Troubleshoot network/server issues and respond to technical support requests from other departments.Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs): open/close firewall ports, configure network access per request.Manage user access, firewall/NAT rules, and port/IP control based on company security policies.Administer enterprise Wi-Fi systems such as Aruba or Unifi.Support automation of operational tasks using PowerShell, CLI, or scripting tools.Collaborate with HQ and vendor on system maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.
