Work closely with stakeholders to receive and analyze high-level business requirements, and propose suitable technical/functional solutions aligned with Diaflow’s AI product direction.
Prepare detailed project scopes and specifications including workflows, user flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation for Design, Engineering, and QC teams.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure smooth delivery of AI-enabled features and automation workflows.
Drive end-to-end project execution: track progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, align expectations, and ensure deliverables meet business and user needs.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validate completed features, and ensure releases provide clear business value and improved user experience.
Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status and risks to relevant stakeholders.
Train and support internal teams or customers on new features, processes, and system usage to ensure successful adoption.
Track and analyze team member performance to generate periodic reports for Leaders and the CEO
