DevOps & Vận hành hệ thốngTriển khai và vận hành hệ thống trên môi trường Linux và AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch hoặc tương đương).Thiết lập quy trình deploy, monitoring/alert, backup/restore.Theo dõi và tối ưu chi phí hạ tầng.5. AI EnablementTriển khai và tích hợp AI Agent phục vụ tự động hóa (tra cứu dữ liệu nội bộ, tóm tắt báo cáo/ticket, hỗ trợ Dev/Ops).Đảm bảo cơ chế phân quyền truy cập và audit log minh bạch.Đánh giá và đề xuất các giải pháp AI phù hợp với nhu cầu doanh nghiệp.

Thiết Kế Giao Diện Người Dùng: Thiết kế giao diện cho các sản phẩm phần mềm tài chính chứng khoán, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ và trải nghiệm người dùng tối ưu.Xây Dựng Prototype: Sử dụng các công cụ thiết kế (ưu tiên Figma) để tạo các prototype mô phỏng chức năng, flow của sản phẩm nhằm hỗ trợ quá trình phát triển và kiểm thử.Xây Dựng Design System: Phát triển và duy trì hệ thống thiết kế (Design System) cho toàn bộ sản phẩm, đảm bảo tính nhất quán và dễ dàng cập nhật.Phân Tích & Hiểu Nghiệp Vụ: Hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan để phân tích nghiệp vụ, hiểu rõ yêu cầu từ khách hàng và chuyển hóa thành các giải pháp thiết kế phù hợp.Giao Tiếp & Thuyết Trình: Tương tác, trao đổi với khách hàng và các bên liên quan để thu thập yêu cầu, trình bày và giải thích ý tưởng thiết kế một cách hiệu quả.Đưa Ra Ý Kiến Sáng Tạo: Chủ động đề xuất, đưa ra chính kiến và giải pháp sáng tạo, phù hợp với định hướng sản phẩm và xu hướng thị trường.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, VPC, ALB, S3, and Secrets Manager, ensuring scalability and reliability.Ensure high availability, system scaling, backup & disaster recovery, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) across cloud environments.Implement and manage cloud security controls, including IAM roles & policies, AWS WAF, and network firewall rules to protect systems and data.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support application deployment and optimize infrastructure performance.Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and continuously improve cloud architecture following best practices.

Rà soát nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh hàng ngày, đảm bảo cách hạch toán phù hợp với policy đã ban hành.4. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kế toán, Thuế, Tài chính, Kinh doanh, Vận hành…) để giải đáp và làm rõ các vấn đề liên quan đến policy.5. Cập nhật các thay đổi về chuẩn mực kế toán, luật thuế và quy định tài chính, đánh giá ảnh hưởng và báo cáo cho cấp quản lý.6. Chuẩn bị tài liệu, giải trình phục vụ kiểm toán nội bộ và kiểm toán độc lập liên quan đến chính sách kế toán.7. Hỗ trợ đào tạo nội bộ và truyền thông về các chính sách giá mới8. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý.
