Investigator – Corporate Risk and Investigations is responsible for all investigation works under the direction of Executive Director – Corporate Risk and Investigations conducting analytical report, risk analysis, review of business integrity breaches, staff background check and post-employment check, vendor check and all other investigation related duties assigned by superiors.
• Actively participate in the investigation of individuals, groups and processes related to the business.
• Conduct investigation, interview, collation and collection of evidence on suspected or actual crimes, handling all situations with the required confidentiality.
• Conduct background checks on individuals, vendors and companies.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure that the daily tasks are completed in a timely and accurately manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superiors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Line Manager and the Company’s Management.
• Verify, monitor & proceed the freight payments to forwarders. Follow up these payments until done.
• Go back & forth between internal offices to get approval for documents.
• Support to transfer electronic documents to Customs in system.
• Support to go to Customs to submit the requested documents such as C/O, Testing result…
• Support to extend the re‐export deadline for temporary shipments in the system.
• File documents into files/ folders.
• Other tasks appointed by the Manager.
- This role will assist the Director of Internal Audit in developing annual risk-based audit plan, and in performing full lifecycle of internal audit project, including scoping, control testing, reporting, and following-up the agreed action plans with respective process owners.
- Assist Internal Audit Director in planning and executing internal audit activities which include operations and compliance audits.
- Perform internal control testing, prepare audit working papers and written reports in accordance with the department’s quality standards.
- Identify control gaps in business procedures, processes, or systems and initiate appropriate remedial action.
- Assist in providing recommendations that strengthen internal controls, streamline current processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee and track effective and timely remediation of identified control weaknesses; facilitate agreed-upon corrective actions for remediation with respective process owners.
- Research and stay current on new technical literature applicable to the internal control process, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Assists with other ad-hoc projects and/or fraud investigations as assigned.
- Other assignment by Line Manager and the Company Management.

• Healthcare and provide First Aid support to all employees and guests as requested during working hours.

• Distribute normal medicine to employees and guests when needed.

• Assist all injured employees and guests to the nearest hospital when needed.
Hỗ trợ tất cả nhân viên bị thương và khách đến bệnh viện gần nhất khi cần thiết.
• Make monthly report on used medicine also inventory medicines and prepare for ordering.
Thực hiện báo cáo hàng tháng về thuốc đã sử dụng cũng như kiểm kê thuốc và chuẩn bị cho việc lên các đơn đặt hàng.
• Support in training courses aiming to advanced knowledge of health and labour safety.
Hỗ trợ các lớp đào tạo Nâng cao kiến thức về sức khỏe và an toàn lao động cho nhân viên.
• Handle all communication concerning occupational health and safety and inform the Director of Staff Services the day to day issues.
Xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến sức khỏe lao động và an toàn nghề nghiệp; báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận Quản lý Dịch vụ Nhân viên.
• Ensure specific relevant activities are carried out professionally in accordance with relevant authority. Fully conversant with all company emergency process.

1. Territory Management
• Develop customer database with detailed records of hospital/ health center/ target organization/ health care professionals, ETC.
• Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories.
• Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
• Collect and report Market intelligence to Supervisor & Marketing team.
2. Planning and organizing:
• Utilize customer database for preparing weekly & monthly working plan, daily detailing calls, resource allocation plan, or direct-to-consumer marketing activities.
3. Business development
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory. Strictly track and provide feedback on the programs to upper levels.
• Implement effective daily sales calls and maintain records. Address product complaints in a timely manner.
• Harmonize diversified activities (product presentation, consultation…) in various relating fields: hospital, health center, kindergarten, food shop, supermarket, and other consumer organization i.e. patient society, elderly society, mother society.
4. Others
• Well update of product knowledge, as well as health care scientific backgrounds.
• Manage Company, department reports in a timely and correct manner.
• Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
