I. MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC Tổ chức và kiểm soát toàn diện các hoạt động thanh tra, giám sát tuân thủ trong hệ thống Green Future nhằm đảm bảo vận hành đúng quy định, ngăn ngừa rủi ro, phát hiện – xử lý gian lận, góp phần xây dựng môi trường minh bạch, liêm chính và phát triển bền vững theo chỉ đạo của Tổng Giám đốc cũng như định hướng của Tập đoàn Vingroup. II. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH 1. Thanh tra – Kiểm soát tuân thủ: - Xây dựng kế hoạch thanh tra định kỳ, thanh tra theo vụ việc, theo chỉ đạo đột xuất của Ban Lãnh đạo Công ty hoặc Tập đoàn. - Trực tiếp tổ chức và giám sát việc thực hiện các cuộc thanh tra tại các phòng ban, bộ phận. - Đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ quy trình, quy định nội bộ và pháp luật hiện hành. - Đề xuất kiến nghị xử lý sai phạm và biện pháp phòng ngừa. 2. Phân tích dữ liệu và phát hiện gian lận: - Rà soát, khai thác dữ liệu hệ thống vận hành, tài chính, nhân sự… nhằm phát hiện các dấu hiệu bất thường, gian lận, xung đột lợi ích. - Xây dựng cơ chế cảnh báo sớm, kiểm soát chủ động các điểm rủi ro trọng yếu. 3. Kiểm soát thông tin và phòng ngừa rủi ro an ninh: - Kết hợp với Marcom Tập đoàn, Marketing nội bộ để theo dõi các kênh thông tin nội bộ, truyền thông, mạng xã hội và các phản ánh khác để phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến an ninh thông tin, uy tín của Green Future - Phối hợp với Bộ phận An ninh và Pháp chế xử lý các sự việc nhạy cảm, bảo mật, khủng hoảng truyền thông (nếu có). - Chủ động đề xuất biện pháp xử lý, củng cố cơ chế bảo vệ thông tin và hình ảnh công ty. 4. Quản trị hệ thống thanh tra – kiểm soát: - Tham gia xây dựng, cập nhật các quy trình, quy chế liên quan đến hoạt động thanh tra, kiểm soát, điều tra nội bộ. - Đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ thanh tra viên chuyên nghiệp, chính trực, am hiểu công nghệ và quy trình vận hành doanh nghiệp hiện đại. - Tham mưu cho Tổng Giám đốc và Ban Lãnh đạo về các chính sách quản trị rủi ro, kiểm soát nội bộ phù hợp với định hướng của Green Future và Tập đoàn Vingroup.

Quản trị và vận hành các hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu chính và dự phòng đảm bảo sự an toàn, tính sẵn sàng và tính toàn vẹn của cơ sở dữ liệu.Triển khai và duy trì các cơ chế bảo vệ cơ sở dữ liệu, bao gồm: sao lưu định kỳ, clustering, mirroring, replication, khôi phục dữ liệu sau sự cố (recovery), đảm bảo khả năng khắc phục thảm họa (disaster recovery) hiệu quả.Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu thông qua phân tích truy vấn, điều chỉnh cấu trúc, chỉ số (index), thống kê, cấu hình bộ nhớ và xử lý lỗi để đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả, ổn định.Đề xuất, đánh giá và thử nghiệm các công nghệ cơ sở dữ liệu mới, phù hợp với định hướng phát triển hạ tầng công nghệ và hệ sinh thái ứng dụng của ngân hàng.Phối hợp rà soát, xây dựng quy trình, quy định về quản trị, vận hành giám sát hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu.Báo cáo, tư vấn cho các cấp quản lý những vấn đề phát sinh liên quan tới các hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu được giao.
