What You’ll Do:As an IT Project / Release Manager, you will be the key person managing vendor resources and ensuring successful software deployments across multiple verticals. Your excellent planning, problem-solving, stakeholder, and project management skills align everyone to achieve efficient, quality, and timely delivery of valuable features to our clients.  Key Responsibilities: Deliver strong internal and external stakeholder engagements to drive IT projects within the company. Manage vendor’s resources and ensure proper deployment of resources. Identify, analyze, and propose suitable solution architecture and designs with subject matter experts to support business requirements. Consult and assist business units regarding any deployment of system changes or new system functions, managing associated processes and deliverables, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities. Report to the Program Lead and/or Product Manager and assist with project-related tasks as required. Ensure smooth release management by overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of software releases. Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure release readiness and minimize deployment risks. Implement and improve release processes, ensuring efficiency and minimizing disruptions. Track and document release progress, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Monitor post-release performance and address any issues promptly. Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

We are looking to recruit 1 Senior Sales Executive & 1 Senior Sales in the Plastic Industry• Identify, build, and develop customer networks• Sales and Marketing of all RevoSync’s products (Chemical additives for plastic production and hygiene products for distributors/users) based on customer needs and create customer needs.• Will be responsible for all Sales related activities, not limited, such as: product presentation, product testing at factories, follow up customers, negotiate, sales closing, support customers before and after sales• Provide support for new and existing customers.• Build and enhance a long-term customer relationship and provide good after-sales service.• Conduct periodic sales reports and market update reports.• Provide Strategic advice to executive management and lead your individual and team to achieve targets• Participate in training sessions, seminars, events and sales campaign when required.• Report to manager as required.

- Follow up sales and sample orders, monitor orders in progress, shipments, payments and receivables.- Coordinate between customers and other teams within the company. - Work with production team for planning, contact with IMEX team for shipment details, loading schedules, shipping documents, and freight costing. - Check labels (if needed) from converting team. - Work with warehouse about shipments or stock. - Work with Admin for sending samples/ shipping documents.- Work with the banks for shipments with L/C: check L/C status, shipping documents and submission. - Issue certificates required by L/C. - Contact with accounting team for issues related to invoicing, payment, bill of exchange, commission for agents. - Prepare quotations, sales contracts, shipping documents, official letters for external and get approval from sales manager. - Input orders/ data into SAP system and issue OCs to get approval from sales manager before releasing. - Keep updating monitoring lists or customer master data. - Properly deal with problems. - Create credit notes for quarter commission to agents as well as monthly submit commission forecasts for accrual. - Prepare agency commitments. - Perform office works. - Assist sales manager for preparation of ISO 9001 & 14001 audits as needed. - Perform research market for diversified products if needed. - Assist sales manager in seminars or exhibitions. - Visit customers in a regular basis.
