Thời gian làm việc: T2- T7 (8h-17h)Mức lương: 30-35tr:- Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng Kế toán theo đúng chức năng, nhiệm vụ của công ty.- Tổ chức, phân công và giám sát công việc của các kế toán viên (kế toán tổng hợp, kế toán thuế, kế toán nội bộ…).- Kiểm tra, soát xét hồ sơ kế toán, chứng từ, báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế trước khi trình Ban Giám đốc hoặc gửi cơ quan thuế.- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và hướng dẫn quy trình nghiệp vụ kế toán – thuế đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật hiện hành.- Đại diện, làm việc và giải trình với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, khách hàng khi có yêu cầu.- Tư vấn, hỗ trợ khách hàng về chính sách thuế, kế toán, tài chính theo hợp đồng dịch vụ.- Phân tích số liệu tài chính, đánh giá tình hình hoạt động của khách hàng/công ty, đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí, quản lý dòng tiền, kiểm soát rủi ro thuế.- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn, nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn cho nhân viên phòng Kế toán.- Báo cáo công việc định kỳ/đột xuất cho Ban Giám đốc.- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc trong công tác quản lý điều hành chung của công ty.- Lưu trữ, quản lý dữ liệu và tài liệu liên quan đến dự án.- Các công việc hỗ trợ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
