Job Description 1: System/ Network Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
• Configuration and installation ERP application server and database.
• Being responsible to support user using ERP systems and analyst database.
• Responding to email, texts or phone queries and offering technical support to users after manager assignments
• Completing assigned tasks from IT planned by IT Department for example:
• Training ERP function and other application.
• Analyst error to fix and upgrade new version
• Maintenance database
• Manage and maintain Windows domain environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment.
• Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions.
• Maintain and Verify
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation using Python and PowerShell.
• Create and analyze reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Implement and verify Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) solutions for all data and IT resources within the environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Get training from ERP expect, transfer technical training to end users. Manage ERP system and support end users.
• Responding to queries on the phone, via email, via text or in person.
• Establishment and configuration ERP functions
• Offering technical assistance on the delivery Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting well-known issues of ERP system and database.
• Escalate issues to leaders with next level of difficulty.
• Report directly to leader daily and weekly .
• Follow-up with IT team and users to ensure issues are resolved.
Requirement:
• A strong knowledge of ERP system, SQL language .
• Good Team work skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working under high pressure of critical incident resolution
• Willing to learn new technologies.
• Proactive mindset and willing to accept new challenges.
• Intermediate English level is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience working in a database environme
• Extensive experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in managing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and zero-knowledge security solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description 2: Helpdesk Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Address power and network-related problems.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
• Assist users with IT-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Pulling network cables, connecting lines of technology devices
• Disassemble and assemble IT- related devices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the IT department.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solve problems with DNC and MES stations in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and power management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Receive, categorize, and resolve technical support requests from users through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Provide end-user support for applications and IT services to ensure smooth operation.
IT Asset Management:
- Monitor, track, and update records of all IT equipment and technology assets within the organization.
- Assist with procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT devices and peripherals.
User Training & Documentation:
- Conduct short training sessions for users on new systems, tools, or software.
- Develop and distribute user guides, manuals, and how-to documentation for self-learning.
Process Improvement:
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance technical support processes and increase operational efficiency.
