MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC: chính:• Quản lý công việc toàn bộ hoạt động Phòng Kế toán của công ty.• Tổ chức, kiểm soát về tính chính xác, kịp thời của các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo quản trị và các báo cáo nội bộ khác.• Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính, cung cấp các báo cáo và phân tích tình hình tài chính tổng thể, đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh để góp ý vào việc ra quyết định của Ban Giám đốc.• Tham mưu, đề xuất và tư vấn chiến lược tài chính cho Ban Giám đốc về các vấn đề liên quan đến tối ưu hóa chi phí, quản lý dòng tiền, đầu tư và các giải pháp tài chính.• Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các quy trình, quy định, chính sách kế toán tài chính nội bộ.• Làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng (thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng, v.v.) và đối tác liên quan.• Quản lý,tổ chức chuẩn bị hồ sơ, cung cấp, giải trình số liệu quyết toán thuế khi có yêu cầu.• Quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ kế toán, đảm bảo năng lực chuyên môn và hiệu suất công việc.• Cập nhật các thay đổi trong quy định pháp luật về kế toán, thuế.

• Phối hợp với BA nghiên cứu yêu cầu, phân tích nghiệp vụ và phân tích tài liệu đặc tả sản phẩm, hệ thống.• Lập kế hoạch test, viết testcase, chuẩn bị dữ liệu và môi trường test• Thực hiện test, kiểm thử hệ thống, test API Testing, Web Testing,• Theo dõi kết quả test, phân tích lỗi, log bugs, báo cáo kết quả test, và ghi nhận thông tin vào hệ thống theo dõi.• Quản lý, Theo dõi kết quả test, báo cáo kết quả và đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi golive• Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan tới các sản phẩm/dịch vụ được phân công• Hỗ trợ công tác đào tạo sử dụng các ứng dụng, hệ thống, phần mềm ứng dụng cho các Đơn vị nghiệp vụ,• Các công việc khác theo phân công của Cấp có thẩm quyền.

* Nhân viên sẽ phụ trách làm một số mảng công việc sau (chi tiết sẽ trao đổi khi phỏng vấn)- Tham gia phục vụ quá trình nhập xuất hàng hóa bằng đường hàng không- Xử lý tài liệu theo từng chuyến bay - Nhập số liệu, thông tin lô hàng vào hệ thống quản lý- Hướng dẫn chất xếp hàng lên thiết bị chất xếp của tàu bay theo tiêu chuẩn, quy định của hãng vận chuyển đối với từng loại tàu bay.- Kiểm tra tài liệu hàng hóa nguy hiểm theo các tiêu chuẩn vận chuyển của IATA, hãng vận chuyển, các quy định của các quốc gia mà tàu bay đi, đến và trung chuyển- Kiểm tra bao bì, nhãn mác của hàng hóa nguy hiểm theo các tiêu chuẩn vận chuyển của IATA, hãng vận chuyển, các quy định của các quốc gia mà tàu bay đi, đến và trung chuyển- Xác định trọng lượng và kích thước kiện hàng, lô hàng nguy hiểm theo quy chuẩn của IATA, hãng vận chuyển.- Nhận hàng và tài liệu bàn giao khi máy bay hạ cánh- Chuẩn bị tài liệu hàng hóa được vận chuyển theo từng chuyến bay- In hóa đơn hoặc giấy xác nhận dịch vụ- Quản lý hàng hóa nhập, xuất kho- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công, hướng dẫn của cán bộ trực ca, tổ, phòng,…

- Build up IT standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.- Plan and execute independent internal IT audits and risk assessments for a variety of engagements.- Determine audit methods and scope to meet the general purpose of each internal audit item.- Review the effectiveness of IT general controls, IT applications, and other security audits supporting the Company’s business and operations.- Check and evaluate compliance with internal policies and regulations of the Company and the State.- Finalize audit results and reports, make recommendations, and exchange results with relevant departments to collect feedback.- Monitor the progress of completing audit recommendations.- Other task: • Prepare reports related to the internal control system and internal audit for the competent authorities as prescribed. • Support the independent audit department and perform other requirements when necessary. • Support departments and divisions in the company to conduct periodic self-assessments as prescribed. • Support making various types of reports as required.

Role Summary We are looking for experienced and forward‑thinking Backend talents – Senior to lead the design and development of backend services for large‑scale digital banking and financial platforms. The role requires strong expertise in system architecture and design, microservices backend engineering, and understanding of banking / financial service domains, along with the ability to lead engineering teams and communicate confidently with client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality backend solutions. In today’s engineering ecosystem, AI assistants are integral to the Software Development Lifecycle.
