Develop HTML5 games using Cocos Creator (2.x / 3.x). Design code architecture & core systems (gameplay, UI, asset pipeline, state management). Optimize browser performance: FPS, CPU/GPU, memory usage, and loading time. Understand & optimize the WebGL rendering pipeline: draw calls, batching, textures, shaders. Build UI / Animation / Effects systems that are visually appealing while maintaining smooth performance. Fix bugs, optimize performance, and continuously improve the product during live operation. Work closely with the Backend, Art / Game Designer / QC teams to ensure smooth integration and deliverables.

Sáng tạo nội dung:
– Xây dựng kế hoạch nội dung theo tuần/tháng bám sát mục tiêu kinh doanh và marketing cho các bài đăng, reels, stories trên Instagram, Facebook, – TikTok, YouTube và các nền tảng khác.
– Viết kịch bản, sản xuất nội dung hấp dẫn và phù hợp với xu hướng để tiếp cận nhiều nhóm khách hàng.
– Thiết kế các nội dung cho bài bài đăng dựa trên kế hoạch (Sử dụng Photoshop, Canva hoặc các công cụ chỉnh sửa ảnh khác)
– Edit video ngắn đơn giản (dạng reels, TikTok, shorts) bằng các phần mềm như CapCut, Canva, v.v. Thêm text, hiệu ứng, âm nhạc, filter… để nội dung sinh động và thu hút người xem.
Sản xuất nội dung
– Viết kịch bản, nội dung và caption cho các bài đăng social và video ngắn
– Đảm bảo nội dung truyền tải đúng thông điệp thương hiệu và định hướng sản phẩm
Nghiên cứu và phân tích:
– Nghiên cứu đối thủ, thị trường, và xu hướng mới trên mạng xã hội.
– Phân tích hành vi khách hàng để tối ưu hóa nội dung, tăng tính hiệu quả của chiến dịch truyền thông.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sáng tạo nội dung, viết content, quản lý các kênh social media ở các vị trí Social Content / Content Creator / Social Media.
– Có khả năng lập kế hoạch nội dung, quản lý tiến độ đăng bài và theo dõi hiệu quả nội dung.
– Sử dụng được cơ bản các công cụ chỉnh sửa hình ảnh như Photoshop, Canva các công cụ chỉnh sửa ảnh khác để phục vụ cho việc tạo Content
– Có khả năng chỉnh sửa video cơ bản đến trung bình bằng các phần mềm như CapCut, Canva, hoặc tương đương.

Operate within a matrix organization, balancing global product and functional priorities with Vietnam-specific execution and people leadership. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGStrategy and Global AlignmentTranslate global Digital Technology strategy into Vietnam execution plans, ensuring functional alignment across Software Development, QA, IT Operations, and Innovation.Collaborate with global product and functional leaders to define Vietnam’s role in service delivery, ensuring clarity in ownership, scope, and contribution.Participate in global governance forums to represent Vietnam’s capabilities and ensure compliance with architecture, security, and delivery standards.Stakeholders ManagementBuild strategic relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic planning with stakeholders relevant to the development and operation of Vietnam Digital Technology Support including Global stakeholders and Vietnam stakeholders.Manage stakeholders' expectations especially changes in scope and/or priorities.Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Digital Technology Support Segment and stakeholders.Leadership & People Management Coordinate with HR Director and HRBP to lead HR-related functions for Vietnam DTS including performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Build and maintain a high-performing organization with clear competency frameworks and growth paths across engineering, QA, and operations.Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration through local communities of practice, training programs, and mentorship.Capacity Planning & Resource ManagementOwn capacity planning and workforce strategy to meet global demand while optimizing local talent utilization. Partner with global stakeholders to forecast resource needs and align hiring, onboarding, and development plans accordingly. Ensure transparent reporting and governance of resource allocation, utilization, and productivity metrics.Build partnerships with universities, vendors, and R&D hubs to enhance Vietnam’s technical capabilities.Delivery Enablement & Operational ExcellenceSupport global delivery by ensuring Vietnam teams operate with standardized processes, tools, and metrics across development, QA, and operations. Operational ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement in delivery KPIs such as lead time, deployment frequency, defect rates, and incident resolution. Oversee local execution of CI/CD, release governance, and observability practices in collaboration with global teams.Support Vietnam-specific initiatives to improve internal operations, cost efficiency, and compliance through technology.

Perform manual functional testing, integration testing and regression testing on iOS and Android mobile phone.Analysing and writing test cases for new requirement Generate test report for the test results. Co-work with project manager and developers to review SPEC and issues.Perform manual functional testing on official website.Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Mantis) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution. Ability to analyse requirements and identify test scenarios.Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation. Proficient in English communication.
