Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of mobile features using Ionic and Capacitor.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions aligned with project goals.Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across iOS, Android, and web platforms.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain high code quality.Work closely with QA to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.

Product Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with Product Owner, Designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, user pain points, and market trends. Conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and data reviews to define product requirements.Define and Document Requirements: Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements are well-understood by the development team and aligned with business goals.Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Ensure stories are ready for development with sufficient detail.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. We’re looking for a Senior Tester who will define, implement test strategy, design test and execute manual test as well as create automation test scripts for web based, Mobile app products.  The main responsibilities of the Senior Tester include:   Analyze Business Requirements, create test plan & develops test cases, automation scripts and execute manual testing, automated testing. Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites for multi-projects. Assist in the training/mentoring of other members. Perform Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing.
