- Integration and Commissioning of Automation Systems:
o Integrate electrical automation systems with existing plant equipment,
ensuring smooth communication between PLCs, robots, motors, drives,
and other machinery.
o Commission and start-up automation systems, ensuring proper operation
according to system specifications.
- Circuit Design and Control Panel Design:
o Design and develop electrical circuits, including power distribution
circuits, motor control circuits, and sensor integration for automation
systems.
o Design control panels and wiring layouts for automation equipment,
ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintenance and Optimization of Automation Systems:
o Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations on existing
electrical automation systems to enhance performance, reduce energy
consumption, and ensure long-term reliability.
o Provide recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures in
automation systems.
- Project Management and Documentation:
o Manage automation projects from design through to completion, ensuring
timelines, budgets, and technical specifications are met.
o Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including circuit
diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
