Solution Architecture and DesignPlatform Agnostic Strategy: Design and propose optimal technical solutions tailored to customer needs, utilizing the most appropriate platform(s) among SAP ERP/ SAP Commerce/Adobe Experience Platform or custom Java/Microservices.Technical Roadmap: Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with modern headless/API-first principles.Hands-on Engagement: Maintain hands-on technical proficiency by reviewing critical code components, setting up initial architecture blueprints, and solving complex integration challenges (e.g., integrating OMS, PIM, Payment Gateway, ERP systems).2. Technical Leadership and MentoringTeam Enablement: Mentor and coach technical leads and developers across various stacks (Java, cloud services), establishing high standards for code quality, architectural patterns, and performance tuning.Technical Governance: Oversee implementation teams to ensure adherence to defined architecture, best practices, and project timelines.Knowledge & Adoption: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies (e.g., serverless, modern DevOps practices, cloud-native design) within the delivery teams.3.
