Quản lý Nhà Phân Phối (NPP)- Đôn đốc NPP thực hiện các mục tiêu kinh doanh đã được thống nhất hàng tháng/ quý/ năm- Kết hợp cùng NPP đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh định kỳ (DT scorecard, ROI), nắm rõ hồ sơ NPP(DT's profile), từ đó hỗ trợ NPP xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh và đồng hành thực hiện cho các kỳtiếp theo- Giám sát việc NPP đáp ứng đầy đủ về cơ sở vật chất, kho bãi, tài chính, nhân sự, và cung cấp hàng hóa đầy đủ cho thị trường. Hàng hóa được giao có hóa đơn bán lẻ, đúng giá, đến đúng cửa hàng theo tiêu chuẩn OTIF được quy định bởi Công ty- Giám sát NPP trong việc tuân thủ các quy định của Công ty về các tiêu chuẩn an toàn, cháy nổ, kho vận. Đảm bảo NPP hợp tác, đồng hành cùng Công ty triển khai tốt các chương trình, chính sách tại khu vực NPP phụ trách- Giám sát việc NPP đảm bảo tồn kho theo quy định của Công ty- Đôn đốc NPP thực hiện thanh toán/ claim theo quy định và chính sách Công ty- Chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh tại NPP (hàng hư hỏng, cận/ hết date, quyết toán chương trình,…)- Hỗ trợ thực hiện đánh giá, đào tạo và phát triển NPP hàng năm (DT assessment & developmentplan)- Bên cạnh các chính sách của Công ty, đề xuất và phối hợp cùng NPP xây dự các chương trình khen/ tưởng thưởng kịp thời dành cho NVBH/ DMS admin3. Phát triển bản thân và đội ngũ- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên mới. Đảm bảo đầy đủ nhân sự (đạt tiêu chuẩn) làm việc.Thực hiện khai báo đúng/ đủ nhân sự trên hệ thống HRM- Thiết lập và triển khai chỉ tiêu kinh doanh hàng tháng cho NVBH rõ ràng và hợp lý- Lập kế hoạch và đánh giá tiến trình thực hiện các mục tiêu của NVBH theo ngày/ tuần/ tháng vàđưa ra giải pháp cải thiện kịp thời. Đồng thời giám sát việc thực hiện và cải thiện hiệu quả hoạtđộng của các NVBH (TLS/ số lượng order/…)- Lên lịch làm việc trên thị trường cùng NVBH, thực hiện Huấn luyện thực địa (field coaching) đảmbảo NVBH thực thi hiệu quả quy trình bán hàng BCP, quy trình trưng bày theo tiêu chuẩn PS và nhận diện các cơ hội bán hàng4. Thực hiện tuân thủ- Tuân thủ và quản lý việc tuân thủ của lực lượng thị trường đối với các quy định/ chính sách từ Công ty (bao gồm bộ quy tắc ứng xử, sử dụng máy bán hàng check-in/ check-out, quy tắc an toàn,…)

Update, adjust, cancel the Plan to issue documents (receive, evaluate, agree with the Managing Unit và related parties, finalize in detail the adjustment and cancellation of the Plan)4. Take charge of drafting/organizing the drafting of internal document (organizing the drafting, review and testing of Internal document), ensuring:(i) Accurately, fully and accurately represent the required content of the Document Owner and related units(ii) Comply with legal regulations and requirements of competent state agencies(iii) Comply with relevant internal regulations(iv) Identify the correct position of Document in the array structure, type of internal document. Coordinating with document Management Unit in solving user's problems about VB content.8.
