1. Database Administration & Operations- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch database management systems (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).- Monitor and optimize database performance; troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.- Ensure database availability, disaster recovery (HA/DR), and scalability.- Implement proactive monitoring & alerting automation for database health2. - Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex, scalable, and sustainable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.- Drive and participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis, architectural design, coding, and testing to deployment and maintenance.- Partner closely with stakeholders (Business Analysts, Customers, IT Comtor team) to analyze complex requirements, provide consultation, and propose the most effective automation solutions.- Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and the overall RPA development architecture within the team to ensure quality and consistency.- Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues, delivering robust solutions and implementing preventive measures. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.- Research and integrate emerging technologies, especially Generative AI platforms like Dify.ai, to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of automation solutions.
