Đánh giá tiềm năng của tài sản ACBA, đề xuất phương án phù hợp tùy tiềm năng của tài sản. Đề xuất điều chỉnh quy trình hướng dẫn mua, bán, quản lý và khai thác tài sản. Cập nhật quy trình, quy định liên quan nghiệp vụ nhằm đảm bảo quy định pháp luật, đặc thù vùng miền, nhu cầu kinh doanh, hạn chế rủi ro phát sinh. Kết nối xây dựng đối tác địa bàn để thúc đẩy quá trình bán tài sản.

1. Thiết kế & Triển khai gói sản phẩm theo vòng đời khách hàng Hoàn thiện kiến trúc sản phẩm và xác định đối tác quỹ chiến lược. Thiết kế gói sản phẩm tích hợp: tiết kiệm – đầu tư – bảo hiểm theo từng giai đoạn sống. Phối hợp với các đối tác (Sun Life, VNA…) để đồng phát triển sản phẩm phù hợp từng phân khúc khách hàng. 2. Phát triển sản phẩm bảo hiểm – đầu tư – chứng khoán Mở rộng danh mục bảo hiểm liên kết quỹ, bảo hiểm truyền thống và sản phẩm bệnh lý. Đồng thiết kế sản phẩm đầu tư với ACBC/ACBS dựa trên chân dung và hành vi khách hàng. Dẫn dắt lộ trình tích hợp sản phẩm chứng khoán vào hệ sinh thái Wealth Hub. Thiết kế hành trình số, UI/UX và tích hợp API giữa các nền tảng đối tác và hệ thống ACB. 3. Xây dựng chương trình đặc quyền & ưu đãi theo phân khúc Phát triển chính sách reward và quyền chọn cho các phân khúc: Mass, Affluent, High Net Worth. Đánh giá năng lực sản phẩm của đối tác và mức độ phù hợp với chiến lược ACB. Thiết kế ưu đãi dành riêng cho khách hàng có tài khoản đầu tư hoặc thanh khoản cao. 4. Quản lý dự án & điều phối liên phòng ban Lập kế hoạch tổng thể và quản lý các hạng mục công việc liên quan. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị nội bộ để triển khai hiệu quả. Là đầu mối báo cáo tiến độ, vướng mắc và đề xuất điều chỉnh chiến lược lên Ban Chuyển đổi và Ban Điều hành.

Thực hiện việc đưa đón BGĐ, cán bộ nhân viên đi công tác, các đoàn công tác đến làm việc tại CN. Thực hiện công tác lái xe phục vụ việc vận chuyển hàng đặc biệt (tiền mặt, tài sản quý, giấy tờ có giá, ấn chỉ điều phối của cấp trên. quan trọng) theo lịch đã được phân công hoặc đột xuất theo điều phối của cấp trên. Chịu trách nhiệm về kỹ thuật của phương tiện vận chuyển, công tác bảo dưỡng xe định kỳ, đề xuất cấp trên phê duyệt sửa chữa trong trường hợp xe bị hư hỏng. Chủ động xin giấy ưu tiên hoặc mua vé qua cầu, phà nhanh chóng. Quản lý, giữ gìn, đảm bảo xe tốt, sạch sẽ, luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ, cập nhật đầy đủ số theo dõi lịch trình. Tuân thủ pháp luật về an toàn giao thông và chấp hành đúng các quy định của VCB trong việc quản lý và sử dụng xe. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan do Lãnh đạo phòng giao.
