• Monitor, operate, and manage security and network products from Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet in a NOC/SOC environment with support window 8x5 (8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday)• Analyze and resolve incidents related to Firewalls, Routers, Switches.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: • Routing/Switching: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, VRF, QoS. • Wireless: Cisco wireless controllers and APs. • Security: Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall.• Investigate security incidents and provide solutions.• Collaborate with Vendor/Partner to resolve complex incidents.• Configure, upgrade, and optimize Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet devices as required by projects or organizational needs.• Support the deployment of security solutions, access management, and LAN/WAN networks.• Respond to and resolve alerts from monitoring systems (ServiceNow & Client’s Tier 1).• Analyze logs, detect anomalies, and provide root cause analysis for security incidents.Prepare reports on incidents, system performance, and recommendations for improvement.• Provide recommendations to improve network and security infrastructure based on analysis.
