🚩What you will do:
1. Office Management: Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance; Ensure the office is organized, functional, and complies with health and safety regulations.
2. Administrative Support: Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper; Handle general correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls etc.,
3. Coordination and Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed; Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
4. Support to Lawyers on administrative works:

🚩What you will need: Having bachelor's degree; 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role; Good command of English; Having accounting skills is more preferred
