- Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
- Analyzes training needs in the hotel
- Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.
- Develop and implement training programs in support of the strategic plan including leadership and technology and other training subjects as required.
- Perform other duties to support the HR Manager and other areas aligned with areas of responsibility.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Certificate or Degree in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school
- Training/ Learning & Development work experience at the similar style of hotel
- Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Communication skills: Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (Both spoken and written)
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
