1. Operate and manage HRM system (Cadena).
2. Compute monthly payroll Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies.
3. Manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other benefits according to the company's rules and regulations.
4. Carry out Social insurance operations and resolve regime (sickness, maternity,..)
5. To apply for issuance PIT code for employees, register for dependent relief
6. Labor management & handling procedures related to employees (HR data, labor contracts, transfer, appointment, termination of labor contracts...)
7. Make reports related to C&B
8. Take responsibility and answer C&B issues related to salary, benefits and compensation management when necessary
9. Support integration training for employees (Company rules and regulations...)
10. To perform other related duties and special projects as required by Head of HR and Admin.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. Having at least 1-2 years experiences, experience in F&B is a plus.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.
4. Have knowledge of Labor law, Social Insurance law, Personal Income Tax law.
5. Knowledge of relevant HRM software, especially CADENA is a plus.
6. Proficiency using Microsoft, especially Excel.
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills
