Key Responsibilities• Support monthly payroll processing, including accurate income data preparation, deductions (insurance, tax, leave, etc.), and coordination with payroll vendors (if any) to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.• Monitor and administer social and health insurance, personal income tax registration, and dependent declaration on a periodic basis.• Build, develop, and maintain the employee information system (including HRIS) to optimize data retrieval and reporting efficiency.• Manage and oversee labor contracts and outsourcing agreements, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and labor regulations; provide recommendations to enhance HR operational effectiveness.• Ensure company practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and related regulations.• Maintain and organize employee records in both soft and hard copies.• Provide consultation and support to employees on labor laws, insurance policies (compulsory & voluntary), benefits, and disciplinary procedures.• Handle sick leave and maternity benefits procedures in coordination with insurance providers.• Prepare and maintain HR expense reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).• Generate regular reports on personnel movements and insurance contributions (increase/decrease, monthly voluntary insurance updates)

Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields• Experience with payroll outsourcing, ideally from a consulting or HR service firm• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle and process data effectively• Excellent time management and work planning skills• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment• Proficient in MS Office and common HR-related tools• Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance and Health Insurance regulations
