• Prepare and arrange the dining areas, ensuring hygiene and safety in the working areas and common space of the restaurant
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures
• Receive food orders and coordinate with the Kitchen team to prepare dishes in compliance with customer requirements
• Handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Perform job duties during shift as assigned by Supervisor/F&B manager

• Available to work in shifts
• At least 06-months experience in the same position
