Duties and Professional Responsibilities:
• Receive work task before starting daily operating shift; understand the duty requirements given
• Check the work station to assure that furniture, fixtures and equipment are under well condition and sufficient in quantity.
• Set-up dining table with the hotel dining standard decoration
• Attend briefing of current occupancy, dining pax, available menu of food and beverages; revise the reservation logbook, identify and inform colleague special notifications or requests
• Greet guest courteously, start the service process and stand by for any guest request during function operating
• Keep a constant communication between colleagues and with Chefs to ensure a fluent operation flow
• Observe operation functioning regularly. In case of incidents occurred, timely handle with actions or inform seniors for further instruction
• Check the inventory condition on a regular basis that sufficient and qualified amenities is available for the service at any time
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and functioning outlets.
• Closely follow with the procedure of requisition in ordering, receiving, storing, and using stock.
Administrative & General Responsibilities:
• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Perform other administrative documentation as requested
• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.

• High-school education completed and some technical or certification training preferred
• Fundamental Food and Beverage serving knowledge
• English with ability to communicate clearly as well as other language would be beneficial
