• Manage hands-on all STREETS food and beverage enterprises including the Restaurant Café and Oodles of Noodles culinary tour operations.
• Develop, supervise and schedule all food and beverage staff.
• Lead all team members to maintain the international standards for STREETS guest services, food and beverage, sanitation and hygiene.
• Coordinate the extensive Trainee apprenticing with STREETS Program managers.
• Prepare and manage food and beverage enterprises annual budget.
• Control revenue and expenses and report monthly variances with complete transparency.
• Participate actively in weekly manager and staff meetings.
• Complete all other managerial and administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Commitment to the STREETS mission of working with the development of disadvantaged youth.
• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An area at start of employment, one-time relocation expense provided.
• Flexible work schedule, including evening, overtime and holiday as needed.
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred.
• 100% Non-smokers only.
