The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly experienced hospitality professional with superior management and leadership skills and extensive hands-on hotel and/or resort experience.
EDUCATION:
A University degree in Business and/or Hospitality or related fields.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant international experience working under luxury brands such as Accor, Wynham, Intercontinental, etc.
At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager.
