Resort General Manager

The General Manager will have a crucial role in the planning and design of the new resort with respect to BOH functions and procedures. In addition, the GM will also be responsible for budget creation, hiring new Heads of Departments, developing and implementing brand new SOPs and sales/marketing strategies. In addition to this, the GM is responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort, including the day-to-day management of staff and guests. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to support a strong service culture, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. Work closely with the resort owners and other stakeholders to delivery profit and increase shareholder value.
