Mô Tả Công Việc
1. General Accountant
- Payroll posting, SMUI and PIT reconciliation with HR vs SAP
- Trial Balance checking and prepare VAS ledgers on monthly
- Support closing Finance Statement monthly, yearly
- Other ad hoc reports and tasks as assigned.
2. Account Payable
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to verify the payment request and supporting documents
- Check and post all operating expenses to SAP
- Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner
- Reconcile account payable balance of all vendors
- Handle Fixed asset depreciation and Prepaid expenses amortization
3. Tax Compliance
- Monthly / Quarterly Declarations of VAT, FCT
- CIT finalization on yearly basis
Responsible on other Tax reports: Usage Invoice report, Tax refund report, Internal Transfer Slip, ETC.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Education – Bachelor degree majoring in Finance, Accounting
· Experience – Min 3 years of experience at the same role at multi-national company, especially tax experience.
· Special skills – Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal & written communication skills and negotiation skills.
· Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, ETC.
· Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workload and delegate effectively.
