- Monitor the performance of the food and beverage team and perform regular performance reviews
- Manage the food and beverage budget, forecast future budget requirements, and provide reports on expenditures and costs.
- Collaborate with the HR department to hire and train new staff as needed.
- Develop and implement an effective feedback-gathering initiative to gain information about the satisfaction of guests' meal experiences.
- Providing companies with the latest information and advice on industry trends, regulatory compliance, customer experience and business model development, marketing strategies, menu design concepts, point-of-sale systems
- Prepare regular financial and asset management reports for the department
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong team management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
- Good knowledge of F&B, F&B trends, with a main focus on healthy and vegan food and beverage options (prefer buffet), a business developer who can manage multiple outlets, trains the team and is well organized
