- Guest Service Officer is a Front of House associate responsible for delivering personalized, culturally sensitive, and exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on
- Chinese, Japanese, and Korean-speaking guests.
- To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions and maintain Hotel's high standards of hospitality at all times.
- To support in handling guest check-ins and check-out efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of the check-in and check-out processes and all registration requirements.
- To practice gracious hospitality and promote goodwill by being friendly, courteous and helpful to guests, managers and fellow associates at all times.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Mandatory: Ability to communicate confidently in ONE of following languages:
- Chinese (Mandarin) or
- Japanese, or
- Korean
- Advanced English communication skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, Languages or Relevant majors .
- Strong service mindset with genuine passion for guest experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity toward international guests.
