Job Description:

1. Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
2. Manage all bar activities.
3. Build menu of drinks
4. Prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails
5. Analyse alcoholic beverage business
6. Manage food and beverage operations
7. Understand and master cocktail components
8. Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
9. Conduct staff performance assessment
10. Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit
11. Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships

14. Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
