- Handle purchase requests and carry out market research and comparisons.
- Contact the relevant sections in Engineering to address their requests.
- Set up reports.
- Liaise with other departments on a regular basis to ensure over or under stocking is minimized.
- Handle all requests and enquiries in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College graduate.
- At least 1 years of working experience as Purchasing Officer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of supplies.
- Mature and reliable person.
- Good command of both written and spoken English to meet business needs.
- Prior experience in related work preferred.
- Flexible in relation to work hours, especially at month end and during stock take.
