I. Human Resources (C&B & Recruitment):• Manage and coordinate the Driver Team, ensure transport, work and delivery schedules go smoothly and comply with BOD's instructions.• Manage full monthly payroll process including salary, bonus, and allowances.• Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance; work with authorities when needed to ensure employee benefits are properly fulfilled.• Develop and revise salary structures and welfare policies aligned with company budget and Board of Directors’ direction.• Lead and execute recruitment plans, interview processes, and talent acquisition for both restaurant and office teams.• Handle employee disciplinary actions and reward systems with fairness and transparency.• Oversee performance management activities to support regular staff evaluations and HR planning.II. Administration & Operations:• Supervise general administrative activities across office and restaurant locations including facilities, repairs, and maintenance.• Control payment processes, coordinate with suppliers, and handle issues arising in operations.• Take responsibility for Occupational Safety, Food Safety & Hygiene, and Fire Prevention activities; liaise with authorities when inspections occur.• Ensure all contracts, internal documents, and communications comply with legal and company standards.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.III. Reporting & Strategic Advisory:• Prepare and deliver timely daily/weekly/monthly reports on HR and operations to the General Director.• Proactively provide recommendations to improve HR policies, working environment, and internal communication.
