1. Recruitment:
- Plan and implement full cycle of recruitment process (sourcing, posting job, scan CV, arrange interview, interview)
- Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff.
- Carry out employee orientation, development, and training
- Represent HR to work with other Departments regarding recruitment request
- Advice and dealing with other Department when there is any issue during recruitment procedure.
2. Employee Relations:
- Plan and implement internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice.
3. Training:
- Oversee executing Training plan and policies for all staff.
- Check- up Training Vendors and Support organizes the training course.
4. Others:
- Support expats on processing visas, work permit, and temporary residence.
- Giving consulting and instruction to all staff (Vietnamese and expats) about procedures, labor law, and help advice or solve any concerns from staff
- Support HR activities generally per assignment by Head of Department and BOD.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree in Human Resources or related major.
- At least 6 months of experience, recruitment.
- Problem solving, Independent and management skills, well-organized.
- Integrity, Motivated, Team spirit, Dynamic.
- High level of verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent command of Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
