- Report to Assistant Recreation Manager, Director of Recreation & Lifestyle
- To assist dapartment management to deliver quality service and consistency
- To assist in creating, supervising & conducting activities for children between the age of 4 and 12.
- To assist departmental colleagues with excursions outside of the resort that may or may not involve children.
- To ensure the Kid Club Attendants and yourself to provide accurate and clear information about available children's activities and be fully knowledgeable with Kids Club equipment usage rules, regulations, and our best practice standards.
- To ensure the Kid Club Attendants and yourself to give exceptional service by meeting and going beyond the expectations of all guests. Baby sitting and day care will also be an essential part of your role.
- To present the activities compendium to guests, suggesting suitable activities that provide for a personalized experience and answering questions regarding activities. Effectively communicate with guests - verbally and through body language - to respond to any requests and to determine when an activity has been completed.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintaining all equipment used and reporting any damage or excessive wear to the team leader.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure that our departments operations run smoothly and that any bookings taken are adhered to and billed correctly.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, fitness, dress, uniform, and body language at all times.
- Remain polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
- To contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.

- Good communication skills in English
- Any First Aid and Fire fighting skills is an advantage
