The Health Club Supervisor is responsible to ensure the exceptional in-room dining experiences to guests, ensuring the efficient, smooth delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms:
- Supervise and manage the room service team to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency in delivering food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the room service department, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of guest orders while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for room service, ensuring consistency and quality of service in line with the resort’s luxury brand standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B teams to develop room service menus that reflect the resort’s dining offerings and guest preferences.
- Monitor room service orders, ensuring that they are processed and delivered promptly, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests regarding room service, resolving issues quickly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Ensure the room service team is fully trained on product knowledge, proper service techniques, and resort standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory for the room service department, including food, beverages, and service items, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and manage the room service department’s budget, including cost control, waste management, and labor efficiency.
- Create and manage room service schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on demand and occupancy.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for room service staff, providing coaching and development to improve performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure room service trays and items are collected in a timely and discreet manner.
- Ensure that all room service operations comply with the resort's standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience as a Room Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar position within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, menu development, and room service operations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible, with the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
