Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong skills in content creation, social media management, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, preferably from an agency background, and is comfortable handling a wide range of tasks from digital campaigns to trade marketing support at partner branches.Key Accountabilities• Content & Social Mediao Create and manage content across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.o Develop engaging posts, articles, and visuals tailored for UHNWIs and premium clients.o Monitor performance and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.• POSM & Collateralo Develop and coordinate production of brochures, flyers, standees, and digital collaterals.o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.• Trade Marketing & Seminarso Support small-scale seminars/workshops (20–30 participants) to generate leads.o Coordinate trade marketing activities at partner branches, ensuring proper branding visibility.o Work with vendors and agencies to deliver marketing activations on time and within budget.• Campaign Executiono Plan, execute, and track performance of digital and offline campaigns.o Provide marketing support for the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of leads and materials.
