OPERATIONS
- Supports hotels in the implementation of brand strategy in their marketing plans
- Participates in the definition and design of the Annual Marketing Plan, providing feedback and input from the hotels under their responsibility.
- Participate in the elaboration of the hotel’s Marketing Plan and participate in the supervision that said Marketing Plan is aligned with the brand and hotel strategy.
- Execution of the campaigns defined in the hotel's MK plan: creation of materials, production, identity, design, together with the hotel's DOM.
- Constantly detects the business needs of the area in order to identify needs
- PR - Control and coordination of all press visits of PR Network agencies in the hotels under their responsibility.
- Monitoring and execution of the hotel marketing budget.
- Day-to-day coordination with brand agencies on everything to do with branded content/storytelling at communication and PR level.
- Influencer approval provided by SOCIAL MEDIA & PR team or directly from the HOTEL to ensure it is in line with the brand. Propose influencers to the brand.
- Execute Partnership actions according to brand strategy in the hotels where applicable.
- Support and coordinate hotel photo and video shoots and physically attend (depending on relevance) hotel video shoots and photoshoots.
- Review offlines and onlines of materials up to the closing of productions. Ask for approval from the BRAND director
- Ensure a proper flow of this content to all channels and touch points in the organisation so that it is always available to all the people who need it.
- Support in the preparation of hotel presentations to Partners, investors, etc.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.
- Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Support their manager with the Sensory Architecture established for their areas.
- Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.
