1. To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
2. To check villas prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in high standard of maintenance.
3. To implement and maintain guest recognition program
4. To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments in professional manner, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up
5. To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interests and make the necessary booking when requested.
6. To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
7. To conduct hotel site inspection when directed.
8. To upsell all hotel, spa facilities and outlets.
9. To entertain guests as and when appropriate.
10. To assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures.
11. To efficiently carry out all guest check out procedures.
12. To carry out administrative requirements as directed.
13. To obtain credit card approvals upon guest arrival.
14. To conduct money changing transactions accurately and efficiently as per hotel policy.
15. To close at the end of each shift and balance individual transactions and cash float.
16. To attend all required trainings and maintain multi skills to flexibly perform in all sections in FO when its required.
17. Assist and process all in-house requests and needs from all departments.
18. Knowledgeable and handle special requests, selling of amenities and catering, arrival and departure patterns.
19. Do the inventory control and issuance of keys, master keys, mobiles and walkie talkies.
20. Be able to use mobile, walkie talkie and two way communications systems
21. Help to develop guest history profiles, coordinate tracking of inventory and proper storage and pick up of equipment.
22. Keep abreast of current information.
23. Perform concierge duties such as booking tours and transportation, giving directions, provide most updated hotel information, local information, restaurant information, etc
24. Support the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the through the implementation of policies and programs that contribute to environment-friendly practices in the hotels and resorts.
25. Contributes to due diligence efforts and risk management activities for existing and future projects.

Good experience with Opera & related hotel software
3 years experience in same position in 5 star hotel.
