1. Planning and managing the business performance- Prepare monthly/periodic reports (Credit & Collection).- Set up/revise and calculate KPIs for other departments (Credit & Collection Department).- Coordinate with related departments to set up, revise and improve the function to meet user’s requirements.- Coordinate and gather comments from other departments, review, revise and set up necessary policies for business activities.- Analyze data and contribute proposals to support top management in controlling credit risk and collection activities.2. Other tasks as required/directed by Management
