Project Manager

Support overall Vietnam representative office operations by preparing market trend analyses and providing strategic insights to head office. Manage budget execution and expense reconciliation processes of the representative office to ensure transparent and efficient operations. Support local accounting and tax compliance by collecting and managing relevant documents and liaising with external accounting firms and tax authorities. Handle HR administrative tasks, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and contracts Collaborate with the head office sales team to assist in proposal and quotation preparation, manage the prospective customer database, and support key buyer meetings. Support sales management and exhibition participation by preparing for and managing booth operations and local sales activities. Facilitate efficient communication of new product launches, pricing policy changes, and major business issues between head office and local stakeholders, and collect and relay local feedback. Provide comprehensive support for representative office establishment and renewal, contract management, visa/work permit applications and extensions, and reporting and licensing with relevant authorities
