Taking the role of operating the purchasing department in the hotel– ensuring the adequate supply of necessary goods and materials for the daily operations department
- Managing and operating purchasing studio activities.
- Advising the Management Board on work, planning, purchasing, delivery, entertainment, business, commerce, hotel.
- On the basis of recommendations for purchasing from different divisions, design and develop annual purchasing plans according to the allowable investment budget framework - phase out the purchase plan by month, or week and submit it to superiors for review.
- Assign staff to execute purchasing activities – timely respond to products & goods for different departments.
- Work on daily purchase requests from all departments for daily hotel operation.
- Supervising the progress of lower-level employees in purchasing goods – protecting compliance with purchasing policies, import procedures, and legal documents.
- Quality control, purchase execution progress process - delivery of goods to assigned personnel departments.
- Sign and carefully review the transaction payment records before transferring them to the accounting department for payment.
- Search - select – manage suppliers
- Searching for potential distributors for the hotel – protecting the standards of: compatible spending, good quality, providing conditions with hygiene and food safety…
- Work with suppliers again if the products & goods meet the requirements and do not meet the quality needs, exchange needs or have a satisfactory compensation policy.
- Every 6 months – coordinate with subordinates to recognize and choose suppliers with good prices, quality products & goods, delivery of delivery deadlines, after-sales services, payment policy transactions, growth potential… to maintain quality and increase the energy of head-to-head competition.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- General knowledge of contract laws
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
